The Neighborhood Linguist

Embrace Your Voice: Connecting Community Through Expression

Our mission is to foster organic and inclusive communication in the workplace, creating a safe space for Black , Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) individuals who often face the burden of code-switching. We aim to provide a platform where everyone can communicate authentically and be accepted whole heartedly, regardless of background or identity.

Empowering Inclusive Communication

Building Bridges, Fostering Understanding

The Neighborhood Linguist provides strategic communication consultation with a focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) principles. Serving as a community liaison, we prioritize advocating for BIPOC individuals, affirming their right to equity and inclusion in a society that historically denied them such recognition.
